General Accountabilities:

-Provide support to the Order Management Team in all internal and external customer requests, queries through the CRM systems.
-Provide support to the Service Management Team for initiative tracking, research through systems for historical data
-Assist in operational support of telecommunications cloud-based products and services, IPS products etc. via all media
-Assist with day-to-day telecommunications operations, analysis, and troubleshooting.
-Ability to multitask within different software systems, strong keyboarding skills, MS Office, Outlook, Power Point, Excel or equivalent
-Assist in the customer service management functions pertaining to Telecom customer contracts and support the Service and Order Managers.
-Communicate effectively and appropriately when dealing with customers and internal Lines of Business representatives.
-Assist in preparing customer reports using departmental systems.
-Attend progress meetings, assist in documenting Project / Order status and provide customers and Management with written information, including project in-service dates.
-Provide input on ways to improve customer experience.
-Assists in customer contractual information is captured and provided to the appropriate work groups within the department.
-Support internal staff to ensure smooth delivery of customer services.
-Assist with the Customer Satisfaction Surveys, including documentation, calls and follow-up work, as required.
-Follow guidelines to ensure information is kept up to date.
-Assist in the evaluation of new Customer Management processes.
-Perform other duties as required.
Selection Criteria

-Currently in 2nd year or 3rd year of a 4-year Business, Project Management or IT Management program.
-Requires strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Visio/Excel/Word/PowerPoint/SharePoint)
-Working knowledge of Power BI or other analytics / visualization tools would be a definite asset.
-Demonstrated strong communication, organization, and planning skills.
-Requires knowledge of business administration.
-Ability to function effectively as a team member with a demonstrated ability to be an agent of change.
-Requires excellent analytical, written, and communication skills.
-Requires a good knowledge of English including written and verbal communication skills to effectively prepare correspondence, assist in discussions or interact with Internal Team members and customers.
-Requires an understanding of working effectively with a wide range of people as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks while adhering to stringent deadlines.
