What will your typical day look like?

Develop and present content for the Asset Investment Committee to facilitate asset governance discussions, ensuring Executive  Committee oversight on key decisions.

Provide regular updates on asset development status and coordinate ad-hoc activities required to operationalize assets, such as:

-Maintaining the Deloitte Asset Portal (DAP)
-Overseeing the Jupiter tagging process
-Developing pricing and cost recovery models
-Mapping assets to the Ascend platform
-Track and report on asset progress throughout their lifecycle, ensuring key milestones, deliverables, and roadmaps remain on track, and resources are allocated and utilized in line with the MoU and budget.
-Collaborate with the GCS Asset Program to nominate assets for the portfolio, report on sales and pipeline activity, and highlight asset development and business impact.
-Partner with the Global Cyber Strategy team to ensure the asset program aligns with overall strategy and support the team with ad-hoc requests.
-Facilitate collaboration among Cyber asset teams developing AI and GenAI capabilities, with the goal of identifying Deloitte’s strengths, reducing duplication across member firms, expanding Cyber AI use cases, and promoting these efforts through AI fluency initiatives.
-Coordinate ad-hoc research requests with the internal Core Research & Insights team to support asset development and strengthen business cases.
-Connect marketing teams with asset leaders to execute both internal and external marketing initiatives for Global Cyber Assets, including the development of marketing toolkits and KX Page content.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
-Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
-5 + years in Cybersecurity, Technology Operations, or Program Management.
-Program/project management and team leadership
-Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
-Ability to structure and synthesize information or data efficiently to draw meaningful insights for executive presentations
-Stakeholder engagement and communication
-Budgeting and delivery oversight
-Analytical and problem-solving abilities
-Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale technology or cybersecurity programs
-Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
-Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
-Ability to multi-task and deliver on portions of multiple projects in a high-paced environment
-Ability to prioritize and balance team workload based on program requirements
-Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized with strong project management skills
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
-Strong attention to detail and presentation skills

Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
