ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors.

What role you will play in our team
Industrial control system cybersecurity professional is responsible for leveraging business knowledge and industrial operations experience to lead and oversee cybersecurity program initiatives at enterprise scale for operational technology in collaboration with business partners, including mentorship of job family members and contributions to the development of industry standards. Individual will be responsible to identify, develop and advise on fit-for-risk strategies to meet corporate industrial control and cyber security controls across operating assets. Individual will advise corporate business units on risk identification, risk management, and compliance expectations to manage and sustain safe and secure operations.

What you will do
-Leads cybersecurity risk assessments, control verification assessments (internal assessments), and regulatory compliance initiatives
-Participates in design of risk reduction controls in partnership with key stakeholders, e.g., business, engineering, IT
-Drives implemation of work practices to comply with applicable government regulations
-Oversees deployment of security technologies and work processes across the business
-Engages engineering, IT, and operations teams to align cybersecurity with process safety, reliability, and operations integrity objectives
-Mentors others and builds cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives
-Mentors other on the integration of foundational business processes and risk management frameworks for effective execution of cybersecurity program initiatives
-Develops cybersecurity training and awareness programs; broadly influences relevant communities of practice
About you
Skills and Qualifications
5+ years experience working with Industria Control System working on design, cyber security reviews, and risk management efforts
Strong understanding of differences between Operational Technology (OT) risks and Information Technology (IT) risks
Strong working knowledge of systems that comprise OT environments, including: networks, servers, HMIs, PLC, SCADA, DCS and related systems
Minimum of B.S. in the following or related fields:
-Electrical Engineering
-Cyber Security
-Detailed knowledge of Insdustrial controls and associated industry standards for industrial cyber security (IEC 62443, NIST, etc.)
-Previous hands-on experience in industrial operations (e.g. manufacturing or Upstream) work in Industria Control Systems and/or Instrument, Electrical Analyzer, Safety Systems
-Strong interpersonal skills and can lead without authority to a diverse population (field technician, senior management)
-Self motivated and driven that can manage a broad portfolio independently
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
-Experience with Instrumentation, Electrical, and Analyzer systems preferred
-Experience with safety instrumented systems and industry standards related to separation of safety and control (IEC 61511)
-Knowledge of evolving government regulations in Cybersecurity (TSA for Pipeline, US Coast Guard, NERC-CIP, NIS2, etc. )
