Job Purpose

In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of managing and growing our professional prescription brands, with a special focus on establishing us as the leader in everyday caries prevention through our high fluoride toothpaste portfolio. You'll work across the UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, and Finland, making a significant impact on dental health across the region.

What You'll Do:

-Strategize & Grow:
Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans for a multi-brand professional prescription and therapeutic portfolio with an omni-channel approach, to achieve ambitious sales, prescription generation, and professional recommendation targets. You'll be instrumental in expanding our high fluoride toothpaste portfolio, identifying new opportunities, and building a robust 5-year pipeline.

-Influence & Advocate:
Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders and Thought Leaders in the UK to champion our brands and gather insights that shape our strategic initiatives.

-Launch & Lead:
Spearhead go-to-market activities for exciting new product launches across Northern Europe, ensuring seamless execution and market success.

-Collaborate & Connect:
Work closely with our European team, Professional Business Managers, and Scientific Affairs to align strategies, share insights, and drive consistent messaging across all markets. You'll also manage communications with internal stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

-Educate & Empower:
Partner with the Scientific Affairs manager to develop and deliver compelling product training for our Oral Care Consultants, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge to drive recommendations.

-Analyze & Optimize:
Utilize your strong commercial and analytical skills to assess market opportunities, build robust business cases, and continuously identify new ways to improve and expand our brand presence.

What You'll Bring:

-Proven Healthcare Experience:
Strong background in dental, pharmaceutical, or OTC products is a must, with a clear desire to excel in this field.

-Strategic Marketing Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective brand plans, manage complex projects, and drive commercial success.

-Influential Communicator:
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the gravitas to build strong relationships, command respect, and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.

-Analytical Acumen:
Highly competent commercial and analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

-Collaborative Spirit:
A true team player who can motivate and enthuse others, fostering cross-functional partnerships to achieve shared goals.

-Inquisitive & Proactive:
You're not afraid to challenge the status quo, identify new opportunities, and proactively drive change.

-Education:
A degree-level education is desired, and a basic understanding of oral health or life sciences is essential.

-Language:
Fluent in English (oral and written).
