Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA)

As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you'll be at the heart of student success, helping to deliver tailored learning activities and providing vital support across different classroom settings, including one-on-one engagement. You will play an instrumental role in shaping the future of these young learners!

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate closely with Classroom Teachers and the Senior Leadership Team to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
* Understand how physical, intellectual, emotional, and social factors impact a pupil's learning, and adapt your approach accordingly.
* Make the most of ICT for interactive learning and efficient administrative tasks.
* Inspire, encourage, and support students-challenge them to exceed expectations while boosting their self-esteem and confidence.
* Assist in marking students' work, tracking their progress, and celebrating their achievements.
* Help students appreciate and value their learning experiences.
* Stay current on all school policies, including safeguarding, child protection, and health and safety.
* Keep up-to-date with the SEN Code of Practice and maintain the highest standards in everything you do.
