Job Title: Non-CDL Driver

Job Summary
The Non-CDL Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a company vehicle to collect, transport, and dispose of residential, commercial, or industrial waste. This role requires adherence to safety standards, excellent customer service, and reliable attendance.
Key Responsibilities Operate a company vehicle (non-CDL required) to service assigned routes for waste collection. Load, secure, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently. Follow daily route sheets and schedules as directed by dispatch or supervisor. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle; report maintenance or safety issues immediately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle and work area. Provide professional and courteous service to customers. Comply with all DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations and procedures. Assist helpers or laborers when needed to ensure timely service. Complete required paperwork and route logs accurately and on time. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to operate light to medium-duty trucks safely. Previous driving or waste industry experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day. Must be able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.). Strong commitment to safety and customer service. Reliable, punctual, and able to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Work Environment Outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Exposure to loud noises, odors, and waste materials. Frequent climbing in and out of vehicle.
