Position Summary:
PSE Group is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Commercial Motor Vehicle Driver with a minimum Commercial Driver's License (CDL), Class B, and Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement to transport paint and paint-related products from our central warehouse to various company stores across the state of Georgia. This role is critical to maintaining timely, efficient, and compliant delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class B CMV in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Transport paint and paint-related materials (some classified as hazardous) to retail store locations. Follow established routes and schedules while maintaining timely deliveries. Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance concerns. Secure loads and ensure safe handling of materials during loading and unloading. Maintain accurate delivery and trip records as required by DOT and company policies. Assist with loading and unloading materials manually or using material handling equipment. Provide professional and courteous service to store personnel and customers. Maintain cleanliness of assigned vehicle. Follow all safety protocols, including proper handling and documentation of hazardous materials.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to regularly lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Must be able to occasionally lift, push, and pull 75-100 pounds.
Work Environment:
Exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries. Predominantly local/regional routes - home daily. Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications ( not required ):
At least 2 Years prior CMV and delivering hazardous materials. Forklift certification or pallet jack experience. Knowledge of the Atlanta metro area.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). Valid Class B CDL with Hazmat endorsement. Valid DOT medical card. Minimum age of 21 years (per DOT requirements). Must be licensed in the state of Georgia. Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. Strong knowledge of DOT and FMCSA regulations.
