What will your typical day look like?
The SAP Fieldglass Technology Product Manager is a crucial role within our Deloitte Technology Talent Acquisition and Mobility Team, which is responsible for delivering innovative and efficient toolsets. The product manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, business stakeholders, and vendor management, to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing utilization of SAP Fieldglass solutions. This role plays a pivotal part in aligning SAP Fieldglass capabilities with organizational goals, ensuring that contingent workforce management is optimized for efficiency and compliance.
Core Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
-Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap for SAP Fieldglass, aligning with organizational goals and workforce management strategies.
-Identify and prioritize new features and enhancements based on stakeholder input, market trends, and business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-Collaborate with key stakeholders, including technology, operations, business stakeholders, and vendor management to gather requirements and feedback.
-Act as the primary point of contact between the Stakeholders and the Technology Solutions Team for SAP Fieldglass-related matters.
Implementation and Configuration:
-Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP Fieldglass solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
-Partner with technology teams to troubleshoot issues and enhance system performance.
Process Optimization:
-Analyze existing contingent workforce management processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation within SAP Fieldglass.
-Work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance user experiences.
Training and Support:
-Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP Fieldglass.
-Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Vendor Management:
-Interface with SAP Fieldglass and other third-party vendors to manage product updates, enhancements, and issue resolution.
-Negotiate and manage contracts and service level agreements with vendors.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
-Utilize data analytics to monitor system performance, user engagement, and key metrics related to contingent workforce management.
Compliance and Risk Management:
-Ensure SAP Fieldglass is configured and utilized in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
-Identify and mitigate risks associated with contingent workforce management and technology implementation.

Do you possess the following?
-A total of 10-12 years of professional experience in technology product management or a related field.
-At least 5-7 years of direct experience working with SAP Fieldglass, including platform implementation, configuration, and optimization.
-In-depth knowledge of SAP Fieldglass, including its modules, functionalities, and integration capabilities.
-Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Fieldglass products, from strategy to execution.
-Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex technology projects and initiatives.
-Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between various stakeholders to deliver successful product outcomes.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
-Experience in utilizing data analytics tools and generating reports to drive strategic insights and improvements.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
-Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, procurement, HR, and vendor management.
-Solid understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements related to external workforce management.
-Experience in identifying and mitigating risks associated with technology implementation and external workforce processes.
-Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions to ensure effective product utilization.
-Ability to provide ongoing support and guidance to end-users, addressing queries and resolving issues efficiently.
-Experience in managing vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and service level agreements.
-Ability to work closely with SAP Fieldglass and other third-party vendors to manage product updates and enhancements.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
