Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Solution Center
 

Location: Newtown Square, PA – US
 

Expected start date: October 2025
 

 
 

As a Solutioning Center Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the professional services arm of SAP. You will work closely with both sale and delivery teams that are dedicated to helping clients successfully adopt and utilize our software solutions. This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn about the presales side of Software Services sales business, bridging the gap between our product and our customers' success. Expected key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Documentation: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal process documents.

-Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for service improvements.

-Training and Onboarding: Support the development of training materials.

-Process Improvement: Work with the team to identify and suggest improvements to our services delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

-Education
:
Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

-Eligibility
: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 15 - 62(USD) USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
