We are seeking a strategic and experienced Program Manager to orchestrate multiple workstreams within our multi-year Content Supply Chain transformation. Aligned with SAP’s vision for the CSC, this role enables intelligent, modular, and personalized content experiences through structured workflows within the Adobe stack and AI-powered tools.
This critical role oversees multiple workstreams and owns the integrated program framework — including planning, dependency management, risk and issue escalation, decision tracking, operating cadence, budget and resource oversight, and benefits realization. The Program Manager ensures delivery is consistently tied to business case value, the CSC scorecard, and associated KPIs, with particular focus on effectiveness measures.
The Program Manager consolidates inputs across workstreams into a single source of truth, enabling governance, transparency, and informed decision-making at high-visibility executive steering meetings. This role is pivotal in driving alignment across business, technology, and change management teams, ensuring that progress translates into measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
-Orchestrate and oversee multiple projects and workstreams within the CSC transformation, ensuring alignment to program strategy and outcomes.
-Maintain an integrated program roadmap, consolidating project plans and dependencies into a unified view of milestones, sequencing, and critical path.
-Partner with workstream leads and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program objectives into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with business requirements and priorities.
-Drive program-level communications by synthesizing progress, risks, and outcomes into executive-ready updates and dashboards.
-Establish and govern program operating rhythms, including executive steering sessions, decision logs, and cross-workstream forums.
-Oversee dependency management, ensuring upstream/downstream impacts are understood, documented, and proactively addressed across workstreams.
-Consolidate workstream status into a single source of truth for leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
-Guide and support workstream leads in communication efforts, ensuring consistent messaging, clear action tracking, and follow-through.
-Proactively identify, escalate, and mitigate risks that impact program outcomes, adhering to escalation processes where resolution is required beyond the workstream level.
-Monitor program KPIs and benefits realization, ensuring delivery outcomes tie back to business case value and the CSC scorecard.
-Ensure program documentation, governance artifacts, and decision records are complete, accessible, and audit-ready.
-Provide oversight of budget, resource allocations, and investment decisions across workstreams to ensure efficient use of capacity and funding.
-Partner with change management to ensure program requirements are translated into workstream backlogs (e.g., JIRA), with progress tracked at the program level.
-Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met at the program level, balancing strategic objectives with operational execution.
