What You’ll Do
-Gain on-site experience at construction sites, quarries, mines, and production facilities.
-Analyze data, develop process strategies, and contribute to capital projects.
-Take ownership of tasks that have a tangible impact on our business.
-Collaborate with teams to achieve shared goals, utilizing your knowledge and creativity.
-Create and present a capstone project to executive leadership, showcasing your achievements and insights.
-Learn regulatory compliance and safety standards that shape our industry.
-Develop skills in scheduling, project profitability, accounts receivable, and billing.
-Support our strong safety culture in every aspect of your work.
Ideal Candidate
-Currently enrolled in an accredited trade school, college, or university and in good academic standing.
-Professional, adaptable, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
-Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential information.
-Tech-savvy and able to juggle multiple assignments at once.

Requirements
-Must be 18 years or older.
-Pass pre-employment physical, drug screening, and background check.
-Hold a valid driver’s license (DL/CDL), with possible endorsements.
-Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
-Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including use of PPE (such as face shield and safety shoes).
-Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and handle physical activity as outlined.
