-Manage regulatory enforcement matters by mitigating legal risks, providing customer-focused advice, overseeing external resources, and ensuring timely reporting to stakeholders.
-Manage Optus’ responses to regulatory and law enforcement requests while supporting the Group Compliance Program through legal advice, compliance, and proactive risk identification.
-Promote legal and regulatory compliance by training and educating Optus teams, and supporting readiness and adherence to new and existing laws.
-Support Optus’ regulatory position by meeting commitments, monitoring legal developments, and contributing to regulatory strategy through collaboration with Regulatory & Government Affairs.
-Enhance legal support efficiency by leveraging the right resources, delivering clear and timely advice, and ensuring a strong customer-first focus.

What makes you perfect for the role?
