Responsibilities:
-Use lift truck to move raw materials to proper locations
-Place and remove parts from floor and rack locations
-Adjust loads by hand as required for safe handling
-Conduct daily pre-operational safety checks on lift truck
-Crate items onto pallets
-Prepare shipping/packing slips
-Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
-This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent
-Must be able to safely operate hand pallet trucks, forklift trucks and safely work in areas of lift truck traffic
-Must be able to read blueprints, understand basic math (including fractions and decimals), basic computer skills, problem solve, and good decision-making ability
-Previous forklift experience preferred
Additional Information:
-This position is located in New Bremen, OH
-Pay is $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour based on experience
-Positions are on 2nd shift (Monday - Friday 2:45pm - 10:55pm)
-Promotional opportunities available after 12 months
-Paid holidays, vacation, personal leave, and birthday pay available immediately upon hire
-Medical insurance starts after 60 days of employment
