Senior Biostatistician
General Tasks
-Involve in the design, planning and analysis of data from clinical or real-world projects
-Write statistical sections of the protocol and author the analysis plan and table shells
-Contribute to the development of study reports, interpretation of results and other project deliverables, such as presentation of results to clients, if required
-Provide statistical expertise for scientific publications, medical affairs, market access, regulatory and/or medical purposes
-Maintain proficiency in the application of current or novel statistical methodologies
-Develop interactive dashboards using RShiny or dashboard analytics applications
-Perform peer-review of project tasks from other project team colleagues
-Mentor and provide technical leadership to junior statisticians
-Manage client accounts and deliver projects within timelines and budget
Requirements

-Postgraduate degree in Data Science, Statistics, Biostatistics or similar disciplines with extensive courses in statistical analysis
-Minimum 5 years of experience working on clinical (Phase I-IV) and/or RWE projects such as prospective/retrospective observational studies, EMRs, claims database, registries and other large real-world databases in the life sciences or related industries
-Sound knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts relevant for analysing clinical and/or real-world data
-Proficient in SAS and R programming, knowledge of Python is a plus
-Proficient in SQL and MS Office applications
-Experience with dashboard analytics applications such as Power BI is a plus
-Good written and verbal communication skills with the demonstrated ability to articulate concepts clearly across teams and with clients
