Position Summary:
Bentley Systems, a global leader in infrastructure software, is seeking a Demand Gen Manager for Germany to join our dynamic Demand Generation team. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, this role will support strategic initiatives that drive growth for Germany. As a key contributor within the Demand Gen function, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing campaigns that enhance our market presence and fuel country-level growth in this critical region. You will work across the organization to help develop, support, and execute an effective go-to-market strategy in Germany. A pivotal member of the team, you will work closely with local sales and cross-functional teams to position Bentley as the preferred Infrastructure Software company in the region.

Responsibilities:

-Responsible for country-level go-to-market plan, lead generation, and creating Marketing demand for sales pipeline for both Enterprise and SMB segments.
-Align closely with Sales, Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Policy Advancement teams, along with other key stakeholders and influencers.
-Manage lead flow, routing, conversions, and tracking.
-Provide best practices and strategy recommendations.
-Manage demand generation budget and resources in-country.
-Develop localized demand-generation strategies for Germany.
-Manage Marketing Programs and integrated marketing campaigns from start to finish.
-Identify target audiences and create targeted campaigns.
-Use marketing automation platforms and CRM systems, such as Salesforce, Marketo, and Demandbase, along with other tools.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Execute campaigns using various marketing channels (email, social media, SEO, content syndication, and others as required).
-Coordinate with the field marketing manager to localize content for marketing programs that support in-country positioning and messaging and help oversee and coordinate translation of content where required.
-Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and monitor analytics.
-Design and implement lead nurturing campaigns.
-Execute and manage campaign schedules.
-Provide campaign reporting and analytics.
-Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs.
-Improve campaign ROI performance.
-Provide input on in-country search engine strategies.
 

Qualifications:

-4+ years of B2B digital/inbound marketing experience with a preference for in-country (Germany) experience.
-Speak Native German and English.
-4+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms.
-Proven record of supporting sales to meet pipeline targets.
-Experience with Marketing Automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and/or HubSpot.
-Strong communication and analytical skills.
-Experience making data-driven decisions to improve campaign performance.
-Ability to manage and optimize lead scoring, nurturing, and management processes.
-Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
-BA or BS degree in Marketing or Business, or relevant training or experience.
