We're looking for caring and energetic Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to help us support individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the Kansas City, MO Metro and surrounding areas (including Harrisonville). What You'll Do Support individuals with daily living skills: hygiene, meal planning, shopping, and budgeting. Assist with medical needs, including medication administration and appointments. Complete daily logs (T-Logs) and ensure accurate documentation for Person-Centered Plans. Help with household tasks and report maintenance needs. Provide companionship, emotional support, and behavioral coaching. Transport individuals to community outings, day programs, and appointments. Position Details Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available. Shifts typically run 8 hours, across all days and times. Onsite training: 2 weeks, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm , required before scheduling begins. Some roles may include differential pay for behavioral, medical, or weekend shifts.
