About the Role:
As the first point of contact, our Intake Specialists ensure potential clients feel heard, valued, and guided from the very first call. You'll manage inbound leads, gather case details, and create a seamless handoff to our attorneys.
This position has a competitive salary with performance bonuses.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls/emails from potential clients.
Conduct initial case screenings and complete intake forms.
Gather essential documents and information.
Schedule consultations and follow up with leads.
Maintain accurate records in our case management system (Filevine).
Qualifications:
Prior intake or legal experience is a plus
Excellent communication and empathy skills.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Familiarity with legal processes a plus.
