About the Role
Denham Property & Injury Law Firm fights for policyholders in property-damage and personal-injury claims. We are seeking a full-time Client Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for new clients. This position is in-office in Lexington, Kentucky .
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and online inquiries, providing a professional first impression. Guide prospective clients through intake forms, ensuring all required information is collected. Schedule consultations and manage the firm's calendar. Accurately record case details in the case-management system. Set up case files for smooth transition to attorneys , ensuring documents and data are complete and organized. Prepare intake reports and follow up with potential clients to collect missing documents. Draft correspondence and assist with general office support as needed.

Bachelor's degree required (business, communications, or related field preferred). 1-3 years of client-facing or administrative experience preferred , ideally in a law firm or professional services. Excellent communication skills and professional phone presence; bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking ability with close attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn new software quickly. Dependable, ethical, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
