An established business based in Ramsbottom is looking for a Client Services Administrator with drive and determination, with a key eye for detail, a willingness to learn and a “can do” attitude. Along with a salary of up to £28,000 per annum, you will receive a range of benefits including

- Company death in service scheme on completion of probationary period (4 x basic salary).
- 3% Employer Pension Contribution after 3 months with a 5% gross contribution required by the employee.
- Annual holiday entitlement in any holiday year (1st Jan – 31st Dec) is 25 days with additional tiering on length of service (expected to reserve 3 days of holiday entitlement each year to cover period between Christmas and New Year, during which time the Company shuts down).

As Client Services Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing pre- and post-sales administration support to Paraplanners/Advisers including preparation of Engagement Letters, provision of Letters of Authority/Change of Agency Letters, downloading of Fact Find for completion, agreements, obtaining Provider Application Forms, setting up virtual files for new clients, obtain valuations of existing policies, obtaining quotes, completing meeting follow ups, completing periodic suitability assessments where policies assessed as suitable, and so on.
- Providing up to date valuations to Paraplanners/Advisers in respect of existing clients.
- Providing any relevant support information regarding existing clients to Adviser prior to meeting with client.
- Assisting other team members in maintaining an accurate back-office system and other records.
- Proactively enhancing industry and company knowledge, through external and internal sources. Participating in appropriate company and departmental training, competence and development initiatives.
- Answering the telephone and dealing with initial telephone enquiries.
- Answering the intercom to meet and greet visitors.

We’re looking for a Client Services Administrator with: 

- The ability to produce all written communications/correspondence to a high standard and high level of accuracy. Accurate grammar is vital for maintaining their professional image and ensuring clear communication.
- The ability to produce all documentation within a strict ethical and compliance framework under guidance from the internal compliance team and internal policy and procedures.
- Experience managing your own workload, being able to multitask and prioritise effectively, and provide updates to team members.
- Proficient IT skills – full competence with Microsoft applications.
- A commit to continuous personal development and retain supporting records.
- An understanding of role within the team and consider impact on others. Endeavour to support colleagues and collaborate to achieve results.

This is a permanent, full-time role, working 09:00-17:30, Monday-Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on a Friday, with one hour each day for lunch. Flexible working will be considered.
