Role Overview:
Branch Support Associates assist all our license branches across 92 counties, and our Central Office Teams, in reviewing policy and assisting branch staff with questions regarding the procedures and policies across the agency. The associate would assist with explaining procedures, understanding document requirements, and coordinating with multiple departments to resolve intense customer issues as they arise. This includes follow-up interactions, handling requests, and providing clear, professional support to all members of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
This position is 100% remote. Hours will be arranged with the supervisor. All equipment will be provided by the local BMV office.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216.00.

A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are:
-Answer phone calls and e-mails from branches and departments within the agency regarding customer issues and questions.
-Process various customer record corrections as needed.
-Provide policy and procedure support to all branches and corresponding staff.
-Assist with National Motor Vehicle Title Information System issues and provide appropriate direction on proper title processing.
-Provide transactional support as needed to branches.
-Correspond with multiple departments to provide real-time solutions for internal and external customer issues.

What You'll Need for Success:
You must meet the following requirement to be considered for employment:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-Customer service experience.
-Top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to deliver information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of employees and customers.
-A high level of critical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot.
-Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general policies and procedures.
-A drive to assist with the training and development of BMV employees.
Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
