Job Summary
As an Operator for our Bioanalysis team at the Laval location, you will plan, operate and perform the maintenance of LC-MS/MS and/or HPLC-UV instrumentation system settings and injections of bioanalytical and/or analytical batches.
In this role, primary responsibilities include:
-Responsible for the management and care of the LC-MS/MS and/or HPLC-UV systems and columns;
-Prioritize, plan and coordinate batch injections based on operational demands and outcome of batch results;
-Perform chromatography integrations and results processing;
-Track and maintain columns logs and inventories up to date;
-Effectively troubleshoot instrumentation failures and coordinate required maintenance for instrumentation;
-Participate in the installation, certification and qualification of equipment.
Key Elements
We are looking for the following minimum qualifications for this role:
-Collegial Diploma in Biochemistry, Chemistry or any other Science related discipline;
-At least 1 year of work experience in an Analyst (QC) position or equivalent;
-Good attention to details, observation & organizational skills;
-Good problem-solving skills.

About Safety Assessment
Charles River is committed to helping our partners expedite their preclinical drug development with exceptional safety assessment services, state-of-the-art facilities and expert regulatory guidance.
