What would qualify you for our opportunity as an Account Payable Specialist?
Education equivalent to a diploma or 2 year degree in accounting or other business discipline. Experience that demonstrates your ability to work through monthly and annual accounting cycles, 2 years minimum preferred. Experience working within ERP financial systems with strong technology aptitude.
What will be some of the things you'll be asked to do as a
Account Payable Specialist?
Perform a three-way purchase order match and process daily invoice payments. Administer the company credit card program. Reconcile and process petty cash reimbursements. Assist the team with daily processing and monthly closing activities. Import and export data between Excel and the ERP system for analysis
