Position: Sales Manager
Location: Germany or open to relocate
Job Overview:
A leading medical company is looking for a Sales Manager to oversee and expand direct sales operations across Germany. This senior-level role involves developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and driving growth in the Medtech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the direct sales department in Germany

Create and implement sales strategies for the region
*
Manage time and resources independently
*
Negotiate framework agreements and pricing with management
*
Customer care and acquisition (clinics, medical practices, medical centers, dealers, pharmacies, veterinarians)
*
Recruit and support Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
*
Conduct product and user training, including OR support
*
Monitor market trends and competitors
Primary Objective:
Expand direct sales to distributors and hospitals, ensuring growth and sustainable development.
* Working Style: Remote
Languages: Fluent in German and English is required
Travel: Minimum 60% travel across Germany.
Ideal Candidate:
Strong background in Medtech sales

Experience in orthopaedics is required
*
Proven track record in sales strategy development and customer relationship management
