Looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Carpenter to join a leading Property Services company based in Basildon
Responsibilities:
* Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void council properties
* Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, remedial plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
* Working efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
* Previous experience kitchen and bathroom fitting would be beneficial,
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
* NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade
* Strong Health and Safety knowledge
* Experience of working in both occupied and void properties
