We are seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a brand-new contract in Paddington for a prestigious corporate client. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the mobilization and ongoing maintenance of high-end commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
10004; 65039; Organize and manage all planned and reactive maintenance
10004; 65039; Ensure all work complies with H&S regulations and complete required documentation
10004; 65039; Maintain plant rooms and ensure cleanliness and efficiency
10004; 65039; Oversee reactive maintenance in line with contract requirements
10004; 65039; Manage minor improvements and oversee contractors on-site
10004; 65039; Attend client meetings and act as the primary on-site contact
10004; 65039; Lead a team of engineers and subcontractors to maintain a high-end corporate workspace
10004; 65039; Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules and project work
What We’re Looking For:
9989; Experienced leader with a strong technical background in M&E maintenance
9989; Self-starter with the ability to manage workload proactively and drive team performance
9989; Well-presented and professional, with excellent communication skills for a client-facing role
9989; Flexible to work occasional weekends as needed
9989; Relevant qualifications (HVAC, Electrical/Mechanical, 18th Edition, etc.)
