RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide excellent customer experience by offering consultations to customers and personalised recommendations on product range selection based on customer needs.
-Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products, increasing basket size and IPT, and converting opportunities to sales.
-Educate customers on product features, ingredients, usage and benefits, new launches and best sellers.
-Help customers build connection with the brand and products.
-Use storytelling, offer demonstrations and conduct product testing, including fragrance layering.
-Make up applications and tutorials apply to 2-axis brands.
-Aim for long-term engagement with customers by maintaining good after-sales relationships
-Handle customer rejections and queries effectively.
-Keep up to date with market trends.
-Work together as a team to achieve team goals and assist with inventory management as needed.
-Maintain store/counter in optimal condition by adhering to visual merchandising guidelines that best represent the brand, ensuring cleanliness, organising products and testers properly, and replenishing stocks as needed.
REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in luxury retail. Experience in the beauty industry is preferred
-Knowledge in fragrance would be an added advantage
-Excellent communication, customer engagement and presentation skills
-Able to work during weekends and public holidays
-Pleasant personality, team player, positive attitude
-Detail oriented
-Keen in developing skills and knowledge
