Responsibilities:
Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration.
Duties:
-Complete and revise the current wellbeing and employer branding projects;
-Collaborate with the HR Recruiter team in recruitment and employer branding activities;
-Support the implementation of the annual training plan;
-Make sure that Intern/Apprentice trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements;
-Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers;
-Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc)
-HR reporting
Required competencies and skills:
-English Advanced knowledge;
-Excel Advanced knowledge;
-Power Point Intermediate knowledge;
-Communicate at different levels;
-Collaboration.
