The Role
As Deputy GM, you’ll play a vital part in the success of the business:
Support the General Manager with day-to-day operations
Lead, inspire, and motivate the front-of-house team
Maintain exceptional standards across food, drink, and service
Assist with recruitment, training, and team development
Take charge in the GM’s absence and help drive performance
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
Solid experience in hospitality management (food-led venues ideal)
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A passion for fresh food, quality drinks, and genuine hospitality
The ability to stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
Ambition to progress with a forward-thinking company
