-Salary for Millwright / Mechanic $48.64/hour
-Schedule: Rotating 8 hour shift schedule, days/afternoons/nights
-A benefit plan that offers extended health benefits, dental benefits, life insurance, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance. Premiums are covered 100% by the company.
-Short Term Disability & Long-Term Disability benefits premiums covered 70% employer and 30% employee.
-Extended Health Benefits are effective the first day of the month following the date of hire. Balance of benefits come into effect following the completion of probationary period.
Membership in the BC Pulp & Paper Pension Plan. The contribution levels are 10% employer contribution and 8% employee contribution with bridging benefits at the age of 60.

-2 - 7 weeks of vacation, pending years of service.

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility in Richmond, as the Millwright / Mechanic :

-Maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing and rebuilding corrugate manufacturing machinery.
-Maintaining and repairing pneumatic and hydraulic equipment and components.
-Completing planned work order requests on time.
-Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations

-Valid Inter-Provincial Red Seal Millwright certificate.
-Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
-Able to work overtime as operationally required
-Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
-Welding experience will be considered an asset
