We are currently looking for a Production Operator for our location in Arnprior, Ontario.
Hourly Pay Range: $33.15 - $36.83

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

-Complete required paperwork for traceability of product
-Inform Supervisor/Process owners on quality issues
-Perform all required Quality checks daily
-Ensure safe operating procedures are always followed
-Strict adherence to Job Safety Hazard Analysis, Ontario Health & Safety Act & Regulations and all Plant Safety Rules/Protocols
-Identify safety issues and concerns
-Take corrective action; monitor the corrective action
-Train/assist new employees on safety and quality requirements
-Operate various machinery on shop floor, ie, Pilger Mills, Amtrex, Polisher, HPTR’s,
-Verify Quality requirements as per specifications for all products.
-Meet demanding productivity goals
-Perform repetitive work without losing effectiveness
-Keep up with high-speed equipment and/or production demand
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
-Applicants must have a minimum of Grade 12 education.
-Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
-Able to work 8 hour rotating shifts.
Selected applicants will be tested and interviewed.
