We are supporting a manufacturer of high precision components, supplying industries across the UK and overseas in their search for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Supervisor.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include
* This is a hands on role, where you will lead a small team of 3 by example.
* Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice
* Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak)
* Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns
* Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level
* PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults
* Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery
To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will -
* Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing
* Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above)
* Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc)
On offer -
* A basic salary of up to A£55K
* Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm
* 33 days holiday, including bank holidays
