Questions you may be asked that you can prepare for

Before going to your interview, it is a good idea to ask a friend, colleague or family member to go over some common questions that you may be asked so you are well prepared…..

1.Why did you leave your last job?

2.Where do you see yourself in the next 5 years?

3.Why should we employ you?

4.What skills will you bring to our company?

5.What are your strengths and weaknesses?

6.Why do you want to do this job?

7.What were your main responsibilities of your last job?

8.What kind of person do you feel it is difficult to work with?

Do not learn responses word for word as you do not know exactly how the interviewer will ask the question. If you are unsure how to respond, ask them to ask you the question again to give you some time. You can also ask them to ask you the question in another way to help you think of a relevant answer. Do not panic!
