My client seeks an experienced and capable Contract Administrator that has been involved with Commercial, Institutional or Healthcare projects. Responsibilities will include co-ordinating all Architectural functions from bid receipt through completion of construction, understanding the design intent and maintaining the principals of the design during the project construction phase, establishing and monitoring internal budgets.

MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
