The Position Our client is seeking to bring on a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer that is going to be responsible for producing detailed design and specifications for engineering projects while ensuring complete project quality control and adherence to company and industry standards. One will be an integral part of their award winning team and assist in the guidance of intermediate and junior designers who are involved in the creation of sustainable building solutions through use of the integrated design process and sustainable design concepts. One will be a will be a self-motivated professional Mechanical Design Engineer with a passion for working with other enthusiastic professionals in a team environment. A proven record of accomplishment as a team leader and designer of building systems (HVAC, plumbing and fire protection) with significant proven experience in one or more areas of specialisation. This position commands that you have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have strong technical skills, efficient time management/ organisational skills, and 8 or more years experience in HVAC and mechanical services design.
